cmd how to open as system?

1. Download PSexec --> Download PSexec : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/psexec

2. Extract the Folder

3. Open Powershell as admin

4. change to extracted directory

5. Write following command --> psexec -sid cmd.exe

Now cmd should open as system
